Principal, Data Cloud Solution Engineer

Salesforce Data Cloud is a startup within Salesforce focused on next-generation technology and the flagship innovation and hyperscale data platform built natively into Salesforce. As a Principal Data Cloud Solution Engineer, you will bring a unique combination of executive-level presence and full-stack technical skills to ensure Data Cloud delivers value to customers integrated with complex customer data architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person & web-based meetings to drive the entire opportunity lifecycle
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop Industry-specific use cases
• Implement programs to scale technical evaluation of Salesforce Data Cloud
• Collaborate with product teams and provide Voice of the Customer feedback
• Develop scalable, reusable technical assets to accelerate adoption
• Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and sales plays
• Deliver Salesforce's point-of-view for data strategy aligned to industry-specific use cases

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI and CRM
• Full-stack technical qualifications combined with C-Level executive relationship experience
• Experience integrating complex data architectures
• Skilled at guiding impactful discovery conversations
• Experience driving customer success in large, complex selling organizations
• Strong communication skills that inspire change in large organizations

Preferred Requirements:

• Expertise in modern cloud data platforms, data analytics tools, and AI
• Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Relevant experience will be considered (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer work)
