Principal, Data Cloud Solution Engineer

Salesforce Data Cloud is seeking a Principal, Data Cloud Solution Engineer to join their team. This role combines executive-level presence with full-stack technical skills to ensure Data Cloud delivers value to customers integrated with sophisticated customer data architectures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-person & web-based meetings to drive the entire opportunity lifecycle
• Collaborating with Account Executives to develop Industry-specific use cases
• Implementing programs to scale technical evaluation of Salesforce Data Cloud
• Collaborating with product teams to understand solutions and provide customer feedback
• Developing scalable technical assets to accelerate adoption
• Partnering with Product Marketing on messaging and sales plays
• Delivering Salesforce's point-of-view for data strategy aligned to industry-specific use cases
• Articulating Data & AI ROI value to Business and IT stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI (ML & RAG) and CRM, full-stack technical qualifications, and understanding of latest industry trends. They should be skilled at guiding impactful discovery conversations and have experience driving customer success in large, sophisticated selling organizations.

Preferred skills include hands-on expertise in modern cloud data platforms, data analytics tools, AI technologies, and technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Experience in mapping industry demonstrated ability to Data architecture approaches and understanding market trends in consumption selling business are also valuable.
