Responsibilities For Principal Solution Engineer - Data Cloud
- Collaborate with related departments to propose appropriate solutions and architecture in the responsible area
- Create and deliver effective product demonstrations to customers, partners, and internal departments
- Provide quick and accurate responses to technical questions from internal teams, partners, and customers
- Conduct technical training, seminars, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal departments and partners
- Support marketing activities through speaking engagements, presentations, and demonstrations
- Create sales materials including tips collections, standard demonstrations, proposal templates, and reference architectures
- Work closely with sales teams, partner alliances, marketing, product development, and product marketing teams
- Collect latest product information and develop sales strategies
Requirements For Principal Solution Engineer - Data Cloud
- Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
- English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Experience in software product sales or implementation (presales engineer/architect/system engineer)
- Experience in consulting and solution design
- Presentation and demonstration experience for customers, seminars, and events
- Ability to analyze customer business needs and challenges
- Strong curiosity and interest in learning new technologies
- Team communication skills
