As a Principal Solution Engineer in the Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) Program, you'll be at the forefront of a strategic initiative leveraging the Salesforce platform to empower OSP Customers in delivering outsourced services at scale. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring you to develop thoughtful solutions that help customers connect with their clients in innovative ways.

You'll work closely with customers, Products team, and Professional Services to create transformative solutions across various Salesforce product lines. The position demands expertise in design, business consulting, and technology, with opportunities to influence the entire customer lifecycle. You'll be responsible for developing technical sales strategies, configuring solutions, and demonstrating business value through compelling presentations.

The OSP Program specifically focuses on extending Salesforce's ecosystem by enabling customers to build, deploy, and manage business processes as a service on the Salesforce platform. You'll play a crucial role in helping OSP Customers become effective extensions of their clients' teams through scalable, technology-driven solutions.

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of innovation and practical implementation, requiring you to work in-person three days a week. You'll collaborate with C-level contacts, drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor for driving innovative solutions forward. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $168,420 to $225,260, depending on location.

Requirements For Principal Solution Engineer - Outsourced Service Provider (OSP)

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience

  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region
