Salesforce, the Customer Company, is seeking a Principal Specialist Solution Engineer to join their Marketing Cloud team in Dublin. This role is part of the Emerging Markets Sales team, focusing on providing technology and industry expertise to customers and partners. The position involves crafting, packaging, and demonstrating innovative solutions that address key business challenges.

As a Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer, you'll engage with customers ranging from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives. You'll serve as a trusted advisor in delivering memorable customer experiences while effectively communicating the business value of Salesforce solutions to diverse audiences. The role requires expertise in AI-driven digital customer engagement solutions across email, mobile, and web platforms.

Success in this position will be measured by the overall performance of the Sales team in growing annual revenues and providing solution expertise to support growing the sales pipeline across the Polish market. You'll have the opportunity to work on critical initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the Solution Engineering team and grow your personal profile within Salesforce.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Solution Engineering or Pre-Sales, with experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Customer Data Platforms. Technical expertise in CRM, Loyalty Management, Analytics, and Real-time Personalization is advantageous. Requirements For Principal, Specialist Solution Engineering

  • Proven experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales or Solutions Consulting role
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms and AI
  • Autonomous self-starter with ability to learn, lead and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams or solo projects
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Fluency in either French, Spanish, Italian, German, Hebrew, Flemish, or Polish in addition to English
