Principal Technical Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to join their team in Dubai. This is a pre-sales customer-facing role where you'll serve as an enterprise domain expert applying broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and deep business acumen. You'll be supporting sales teams in developing Salesforce value propositions that align with customers' business strategies on digital transformation and cloud adoption.

As a Technical Architect, you'll be a subject matter expert in areas including business strategy, application architecture, data & information, integration, security, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, distributed platforms, mobile, and analytics. You'll use a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements, determining which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in customer-driven architectures.

The role requires a broad IT background encompassing solution architecture, technical architecture, software/systems engineering, cloud computing, and governance. You'll lead key discussions around change programs from both business and technical perspectives. You'll help sales teams develop specific, repeatable propositions and go-to-market strategies.
