Principal Technical Architect - Agentforce

Agentforce, Salesforce's innovative next-generation platform, is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to join their specialist team. This role combines AI, Data, CRM, and Trust to transform customer experiences. As an Agentforce Technical Architect, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through emerging AI solutions and ensuring maximum platform value. The position requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML, data infrastructure, and CRM, combined with strong presentation skills.

The role involves working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to drive growth and adoption of Agentforce. You'll be responsible for providing technical leadership during pre-sales, championing standard methodologies around AI/ML, and creating relevant content for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities include architecting innovative AI/ML solutions, facilitating partner alignment on high-impact use cases, building compelling demos, leading workshops, and developing cross-platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical pre-sales/consulting, strong AI & ML expertise, and proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
