Principal Technical Architect - Agentforce

Agentforce, Salesforce's newest innovation, is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to join their specialist team. This role combines the excitement of a startup environment with the resources of a global organization. As an Agentforce Technical Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through emerging AI solutions and ensuring maximum platform value. The position requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML, data infrastructure, and CRM, combined with strong presentation skills.

You'll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to drive growth and adoption of Agentforce. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership during pre-sales, championing AI/ML methodologies, and creating impactful content for both internal and external audiences. The role involves tackling sophisticated problems, architecting innovative AI/ML solutions, and driving key technical decisions.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI, is essential. You should be comfortable with Salesforce CRM, modern data stacks, and have hands-on development experience with languages like JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
