Principal Technical Architect - Agentforce

Agentforce, Salesforce's innovative next-generation platform, is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to join their specialist team. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strategic customer advisory responsibilities. As an Agentforce Technical Architect, you'll guide customers through emerging AI solutions, ensuring maximum platform value realization. You'll work alongside Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to assess customer use cases and shape technical visions.

The role demands expertise in AI/ML, including agent-based models, predictive, and generative AI, plus strong capabilities in data infrastructure and CRM systems. You'll lead technical pre-sales activities, champion standard methodologies, and create impactful content for both internal and external audiences. The position requires a natural curiosity about AI, passion for new technologies, and skill in educating others while developing business-impacting solutions.

Key focus areas include sophisticated problem-solving, driving platform adoption, showcasing real-world solutions through demos and prototypes, and leading technical thought leadership initiatives. You'll need experience with machine learning concepts, REST APIs, SDKs, and programming languages like JavaScript and Python. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, modern data stacks, and cloud platforms is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical pre-sales or consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS, with strong communication skills and a dedication to continuous learning. Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred, along with exposure to advanced AI/ML frameworks and cloud AI platforms.
