Principal Technical Architect, Data Cloud

Salesforce is seeking a Principal Technical Architect for their innovative Data Cloud team, a startup-like division within the larger organization. This role sits at the intersection of Data, AI, CRM, and Trust, focusing on helping customers elevate their Customer Experience initiatives. The position involves working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams to provide deep technical expertise during pre and post-sale processes.

As a Data Cloud Technical Architect, you'll be instrumental in developing innovative solutions across various industries, ensuring Data Cloud's optimal implementation and adoption. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to develop use cases, demos, sales plays, and technical thought leadership. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Modern Data Stack, Analytics & BI, CRM, and AI landscapes.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in data warehousing, cloud technologies, and analytics, combined with excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
