Principal Technical Architect, Data Cloud

The Data Cloud specialist team at Salesforce is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to join their innovative group focused on next-generation technology. This role is central to Salesforce's newest innovation - Data Cloud, working at the intersection of Data, AI, CRM, and Trust. The position involves developing innovative solutions for customers across industries, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams.

As a Principal Technical Architect, you'll be responsible for ensuring Data Cloud's successful implementation and adoption, helping customers prioritize valuable use cases, and providing technical architecture best practices. The role requires deep technical expertise in CRM, Modern Data Stack, Analytics & BI, and AI (both Generative and Predictive).

You'll collaborate with the broader Data Cloud team to develop use cases, demos, sales plays, and technical thought leadership. Additionally, you'll influence the Product Roadmap and serve as a key advisor to the Product organization, sharing innovative ideas and customer feedback.
