Responsibilities For Principal Technical Support Engineer

  • Assist clients in troubleshooting custom code, integration, and implementation of Salesforce products
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality
  • Provide feature explanation and Salesforce coding best practices
  • Research, document, and prioritize customer issues
