Responsibilities For Program Management Director - Engineering Operations
- Oversee and participate in operational tasks, initiatives and global projects
- Run the Business (RTB) Activities alongside Senior Leadership
- Technical Data Management and metrics analysis
- Budget Management for Infrastructure, Program, Travel, Cost to Serve
- Non Technical Data Management including headcount, location, budget analysis
- Productivity Initiatives management
- Headcount Management and allocation
- Partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Workforce Location Strategy execution
- Organize offsites, all-hands, and leadership meetings
- Create and manage newsletters
Requirements For Program Management Director - Engineering Operations
- 10+ years in an Operations or Program Management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
- Knowledge of budget management and financial tracking
- Prior experience in a SaaS company is a strong advantage
