Description For Quality/Performance Engineer (MTS, SMTS, LMTS)

Join Salesforce's Industry Performance Team as a Performance Engineer where you'll be at the forefront of building innovative software to enhance engineer productivity and identify performance bottlenecks. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic impact, focusing on large-scale applications across mobile, browsers, systems, and storage platforms. You'll be responsible for delivering real-time business intelligence through performance analysis and optimization across multi-tier and multi-data center environments.

The position requires expertise in Java, JVM performance tuning, and various testing tools, allowing you to make significant contributions to application performance and scalability.   • End-to-End Performance Analysis of large scale distributed environments
  • Developing and debugging code to identify and fix performance issues
  • Enhancing user experience by measuring and optimizing UI across mobile devices
  • Driving performance initiatives throughout the engineering team
  • Designing and building efficient processes and automation for regression testing
