Description For Salesforce Customer Success Manager

Salesforce, the Customer Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Signature Success Plan team. This role is crucial for customers looking to maximize their Salesforce investment through enterprise experience and premium support. As a CSM, you'll be an extension of the customer's workforce, providing guidance and expertise to ensure optimal ROI. The position involves working in 24/7 shifts, specifically night shifts (5:30/6:30 PM - 2:30/3:30 AM IST).

The role demands a versatile professional who can bridge technical and business concerns, align with customer priorities, and oversee the complete customer journey from onboarding through contract renewal. You'll work closely with multiple departments, including Product Management, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering, to lead customer relationships effectively.

Key aspects of the role include strategic guidance, business value delivery, and technical expertise application. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive adoption plans, conducting quarterly reviews, and ensuring platform stability and performance. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to cultivate executive-level relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of relevant industry expertise, deep knowledge of Salesforce products, and strong consulting skills. You'll need to be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, spending 2-3 days per week in the local Salesforce office.
