Description For Salesforce Product Manager (Commerce Cloud)

Salesforce's Commerce Cloud is seeking a Product Manager to join their expanding team in India. This role is part of a market-leading commerce platform recognized by Gartner and other analysts. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic e-commerce space, where you'll be part of a team managing various commerce solutions including B2C Commerce, B2B Commerce, OMS, Marketplaces, Headless, and Payments.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver the vision of Connected Commerce. Your responsibilities will include working with research teams and customers to shape product direction, defining roadmaps, creating detailed epics, and working directly with scrum teams for implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Commerce and/or Payments industries, demonstrate passion for user experience, and possess excellent leadership skills in ambiguous situations. You'll need to balance being strongly opinionated while remaining adaptable to new information, and be comfortable bridging high-level vision with detailed execution.

Key responsibilities include owning the product vision, being the "source of truth" for various stakeholders, partnering with UX and engineering teams, managing priorities, and ensuring continuous product improvement. The role requires 7+ years of total experience with 4+ years in product management, proven success in delivering products to large user bases, and outstanding communication skills.

Technical understanding is highly valued, though you don't need to be an engineer. Experience with Enterprise B2B software, CRM platforms (especially Salesforce), and international product development would be significant advantages.
