Responsibilities For Salesforce Product Manager, Product Operations
- Define and deliver features and solutions for product organization operations
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements
- Maintain and prioritize product feature roadmap and backlog
- Drive planning, solution designs, testing plans, and execution
- Write epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in technical discussions and conduct impact assessments
- Make design decisions for unified holistic technology solutions
- Review and understand data and data quality requirements
- Develop minimal viable products (MVP)
- Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from stakeholders
- Develop and execute change enablement plans
- Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress
- Drive adoption of features and solutions
Requirements For Salesforce Product Manager, Product Operations
- 6+ years of Product Management experience building and delivering core product/platform features
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 2-4 years related information systems experience
- Experience with and knowledge of Salesforce platform is mandatory
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building and managing products
- General familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle
