Responsibilities For Senior Account Solution Engineer

  • Lead solution throughout the sales cycle and deliver thought leadership
  • Manage organizations across industries to understand challenges and goals through discovery sessions and workshops
  • Work as trusted advisor with customers to understand company challenges and goals
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers
  • Create first level Business Architecture and engage Business/IT
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions
  • Coordinate and lead solution cycle through collaboration with technical and business resources
  • Present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions
  • Articulate benefits of Salesforce to stakeholders from staff to C-level executives

Requirements For Senior Account Solution Engineer

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Data solutions
  • Business case/value engineering experience
  • Knowledge of relational database and web technology
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training
  • Proven time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Industry expertise in automotive, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, travel, hospitality, real estate (plus)
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
