  • Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers including C-level executives and IT
  • Assess business and operations impacted by technology
  • Deliver findings including key pain points, proposed solutions, and ROI analysis
  • Configure and demonstrate customized solutions for customer businesses
  • Discuss and propose solution architecture including omni-channel call center infrastructure
  • Execute enablement activities like webinars and best practices sessions

Requirements For Senior Account Solution Engineer

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with PreSales and Services Industry
  • Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, or Field Service industries
  • Understanding of Salesforce product suite and platform
  • Knowledge of relational database and web technology
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and web technologies
  • Experience with CRM solutions like ServiceNow, RightNow, Microsoft, Siebel, or Oracle
  • Willing to travel domestically
