Senior DevOps Engineer

The Content Experience (CX) group at Salesforce is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Content Platform scrum team. This role combines the stability of a large, established company with opportunities for personal and professional growth. You'll be part of the technical infrastructure team supporting hundreds of content creators who produce world-class product knowledge information, from help topics to API references and Trailhead courses.

The position offers a unique blend of technical challenges, working with enterprise-class tools, services, and infrastructure that enable content producers to create engaging learning experiences. You'll be involved in architecting, building, and maintaining systems that support content delivery at scale, working with multiple technologies across the entire stack.

The ideal candidate will have strong software development experience in Python or Java, deep knowledge of DevOps practices, and experience with continuous integration/deployment tools. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and technical program managers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining 24x7 service availability, participating in on-call rotations, and working with globally distributed teams. The role requires both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, as building authentic relationships with team members and stakeholders is crucial.
