Responsibilities For Senior Director, Technical Program Management: Field Service
- Act as a key member of the Field Service leadership team
- Lead programs by achieving alignment across teams and functions
- Establish and lead portfolio wide rhythms of business
- Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners
- Lead program/feature dependencies across multiple teams
- Recruit, develop and nurture a high performing team of technical program managers
- Create clarity from chaos and be the truth speaker
- Be a key liaison between EMEA, India and HQ-based leadership teams
Requirements For Senior Director, Technical Program Management: Field Service
- 15+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience
- 7+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs
- 5+ years experience managing people in a globally distributed environment
- Deep experience with software development lifecycle
- Experience with Portfolio Management
- A related technical degree required
- Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills
- Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program
