Senior IAM Systems Analyst/Engineer

Salesforce IAM Software Engineering department is seeking an accomplished Systems Analyst with a strong background in cross-organizational collaboration, project management, and implementation coordination in the IAM space. The ideal candidate will join a team that assists internal customers in integrating their applications with IAM tools such as Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Single-sign-on (SSO), and Privilege Access Management (PAM).

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding user/business system requirements and collaborating with internal customers
• Advising on integration options and helping application teams design access control models
• Providing architectural oversight for M&A integrations into standard IAM tools
• Coordinating technical collaboration between application and IAM teams
• Creating customer enablement documentation and staying current on new technologies
• Mentoring junior associates and exploring new IAM technologies
• Participating in the design and development of front-end components and user interfaces
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and collecting stakeholder feedback

The ideal candidate should have:

• 4-5 years of experience with IAM technologies
• 2-3 years coordinating projects across different teams implementing IAM integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and proactive problem-solving approach
