Description For Senior/Lead Solution Engineer

Join Salesforce as a Senior/Lead Solution Engineer working with Manufacturing & Energy industry customers in Delhi NCR, India. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on crafting customer engagement roadmaps and demonstrating Salesforce applications and platform capabilities. You'll work directly with C-level executives, driving business transformation through technology solutions.

As a Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations achieve digital transformation. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting discovery sessions, configuring demonstrations, and developing both short and long-term visions for customers on the Salesforce platform. You'll need to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms, showing how Salesforce can solve critical challenges.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, with particular emphasis on Manufacturing, Energy, or Oil & Gas industries. Responsibilities For Senior/Lead Solution Engineer

  • Facilitate outcome-focused dialogue through discovery calls
  • Develop customer vision for Salesforce platform implementation
  • Configure and present product demonstrations
  • Participate in trainings and certifications
  • Interface with product and enablement teams
  • Provide thought leadership in digital transformation
  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops
  • Build solution presentations, demonstrations and prototypes
  • Develop implementation roadmaps
  • Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently

Requirements For Senior/Lead Solution Engineer

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Relevant years of experience in IT Industry with pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions
  • Experience in Manufacturing/Energy/Oil & Gas Industry (preferred)
  • Strong pre-sales or implementation experience
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions
  • Business Analysis and ROI construction skills
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
