Senior Manager, Business Planning & Operations

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Planning & Operations to join their Hyperforce Platform Services (HPS) team. This role is crucial in driving strategic planning, business analytics, and operational excellence within the organization. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, the position requires a blend of strategic vision and detailed execution.

The role focuses on two main areas: Budget Operations and Hyperforce Efficiency. In Budget Operations, you'll manage the Hyperforce Trust Platform budget, enable operational setup of cloud providers, lead special projects, and oversee budget requests and headcount operations. For Hyperforce Efficiency, you'll drive improvements in cloud resources, storage, and design optimization while partnering with engineering teams on cost-saving initiatives.
