This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and innovation across technology teams, supporting functions including Content Experience, Learning & Enablement, and Agile teams. The position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining data infrastructure that empowers the Technology organization with essential programs, enablement, data, tools, and insights.

Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Data Engineering
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from various data sources into multiple data warehouses
- Design and enhance data models to accommodate evolving data needs and ensure data quality
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Implement data governance and best practices
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes
- Develop end-to-end solutions using internal and open-source ETL frameworks
- Automate and improve existing data processes
- Act as a liaison with internal teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements For Senior Manager, Data Engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in data engineering/analyst role
- Experience with Salesforce products such as Tableau and Data Cloud
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Hands-on familiarity with big data technologies (ex. Hadoop)
- Experience in building ETL solutions
- Proficiency in Python with 5+ years scripting experience
- Knowledge of database performance concepts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
