Responsibilities For Senior Manager, IT Product Management
- Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts
- Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Translate business goals into product vision, solution, and roadmap
- Act as the voice of the business during sprint planning
- Mentor and guide PO and Analysts
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Oversee E2E and UAT efforts
- Manage hiring and firing processes
- Supervise direct staff and their work product
- Manage team assignments and deadlines
Requirements For Senior Manager, IT Product Management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or related quantitative discipline
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or related field
- Experience in driving business process design
- Skills in requirements gathering
- Ability to write use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience in managing project initiation, execution, and deployment
- Expertise in building product roadmaps
- Experience in conducting risk assessment
