Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Salesforce's AI App Dev Cloud is seeking an Engineering Leader to spearhead the Lists Experience/Lists Platform teams. This role focuses on managing Object Home, a crucial component of the Lightning Experience (LEX) serving nearly 13M Monthly Active Users. The position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of talented developers working on a versatile framework that supports over 50 teams and 200+ customizations across multiple clouds.

As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping high-impact features central to customer experience, developing robust and scalable solutions, and leading strategic initiatives. The position requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of engineering experience, including 2-3 years in management, combined with deep knowledge of web-based applications and Agile methodologies.
