Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Software Engineering (AI/ML)

  • Collaborate with Salesforce AI Cloud leaders to co-create and refine the AI strategy and roadmap
  • Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multi-functional teams
  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of AI/ML models, services and ML Ops deployments
  • Partner with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers to track progress
  • Prioritize retaining and attracting top talent
  • Be the service owner and ensure service reliability
  • Promote open communication and collaborative environment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage daily stand-ups as Scrum Master
  • Contribute to development tasks when needed

Requirements For Senior Manager, Software Engineering (AI/ML)

Python
  • Related technical degree
  • 12+ years experience building and scaling AI products in B2B/B2C SaaS industry
  • 5+ years of people management experience, 3+ years leading AI/ML teams
  • Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and public cloud offerings
  • Experience in SaaS incident management
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Experience with NLP techniques and tools
  • Experience with cutting-edge machine learning techniques
  • Expertise in generative AI technologies
