Senior Manager, Solution Engineering - Cloud Specialists

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager of Solution Engineering to join their Cloud Specialists team in Dubai. This pivotal leadership role involves working closely with Sales Leaders to drive growth and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Solution Engineering Leadership Team, bringing extensive experience in team management and the ability to drive transformational change at the CXO level.

The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic skills, with a focus on both internal and external stakeholder management. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a deeply skilled, diverse Solution Engineering team, ensuring continued success in a rapidly evolving market. The position requires a strong understanding of cloud computing, business processes, and enterprise applications, particularly in CRM and related technologies.

As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with Sales leadership to support commercial deals, drive innovation in solution selling, and build strong C-level relationships across key accounts. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales, along with technical expertise in CRM, Customer Service, Field Services, and Analytics.
