Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Solution Engineering - Core

  • Manage and grow the Solution engineering team ensuring we continue to hire and retain top talent
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support commercial deals and sign new logos
  • Orchestrate complex end to end opportunity engagements from a Solution Engineering perspective
  • Drive innovation in solution selling approaches
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts
  • Drive deep Customer Engagement through influencing customers' broader IT strategy
  • Work with Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans
  • Hire world class talent and manage performance
  • Provide exemplary leadership

Requirements For Senior Manager, Solution Engineering - Core

  • 5+ years in leadership roles, especially in Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of industry-specific use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns
  • Strong storytelling abilities for C-level executive engagement
  • Persuasive verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Customer 360 Platform, Data and AI solutions
  • Knowledge of other CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Computing
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
