Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Technical Consulting

  • Lead, train, and mentor Managers, Technical Architects and Technical Consultants
  • Manage team of 30-60 reports
  • Deliver technical work on projects at 25% utilization
  • Work with delivery manager teams and technical consultants
  • Ensure efficient onboarding training for technical consultants
  • Build complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology
  • Serve as an escalation point for team of Technical Consultants
  • Build credibility and trust within the Salesforce Industries professional services group

Requirements For Senior Manager, Technical Consulting

  • 12+ Years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors and managers
  • 8+ Years Implementing Salesforce CRM Projects including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management Roles
  • 3+ Years of experience implementing enterprise software packages
  • Experience in agile and hybrid SDLC models including full lifecycle deployments
  • Strong knowledge of Full-Stack Engineering and Salesforce Development
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, LWC
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working on deployment teams using Agile development techniques
  • Salesforce Certification - Platform Developer I or more preferred
