Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Technical Support Engineering

  • Perform end-to-end customer service
  • Manage highly visible, global and strategic enterprise accounts
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with strategic customer stakeholders
  • Drive conversations with customers' Business Stakeholders on enterprise architecture
  • Oversee resolution of critical technical issues
  • Document customer's use of Salesforce technology
  • Prepare and present trending graphs and reports
  • Provide recommendations and best practices
  • Liaise with Risk and Development and Infrastructure teams
  • Create and improve processes and procedures
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce Support
  • Mentor and teach other engineers
  • Create knowledge base materials

Requirements For Senior Manager, Technical Support Engineering

JavaScript
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline with 5 years experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience
  • Experience with Computer Telephony Integration
  • Knowledge of Data Cleanse/De-duplication
  • Understanding of Data Replication
  • Experience with Salesforce objects and transactional data
  • Database concepts and data management (RDBMS)
  • Object-oriented design and core programming concepts
  • Proficiency in XML, SOAP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS
  • Cross-browser development experience
