Responsibilities For Senior Solution Engineer

  • Facilitate outcome-focused dialogue through discovery calls
  • Develop customer vision for Salesforce platform implementation
  • Configure and present product demonstrations
  • Participate in trainings and certifications
  • Interface with product and enablement teams
  • Provide thought leadership in digital transformation

  • Build solution presentations and prototypes

Requirements For Senior Solution Engineer

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Relevant years of experience in IT Industry with pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions
  • Experience in Manufacturing/Energy/Oil & Gas Industry solutions preferred
  • Strong pre-sales or implementation experience
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions
  • Business Analysis and ROI construction skills
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
