Responsibilities For Senior Solution Engineer - Retail & Consumer Goods
- Collaborate with Sales teams to navigate territories and foster customer relationships
- Lead outcome-driven conversations for customer business requirements discovery
- Co-create future visions for customers on the Salesforce platform
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Act as liaison between product and enablement teams
- Provide thought leadership in digital transformation
- Build solution presentations, demonstrations and prototypes
- Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently
- Build roadmaps for implementation solutions
Requirements For Senior Solution Engineer - Retail & Consumer Goods
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry
- Relevant Industry Experience in Retail & Consumer Goods
- Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation
- Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution
- Business Analysis/Business case/ROI construction skills
- Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers
- Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
