Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for their SMB division in Tokyo, Japan. This role is part of the Solutions team, which provides both business and technical support for the company's cloud solution proposals. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Executives to understand and address customer business challenges, creating and delivering sophisticated solution proposals and customized demonstrations.
The position focuses on customers with 16-200 employees, requiring the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions. The role demands expertise in creating and presenting customized demos, developing solution designs, and supporting implementation planning. The successful candidate will also contribute to creating industry-specific solution maps and proposal templates, while supporting marketing activities through seminar presentations and event demonstrations.
Key qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in presales of enterprise solutions (CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, BPM) or related system integration activities, along with demonstrated presentation skills. Experience with CRM solutions and demo development is highly valued.
