  • Keep customer-facing services available at top performance by maintaining system health
  • Incident management - Act in key support roles during major incidents (Sev0, Sev1)
  • Problem Management - populate and participate in RCAs
  • Smart Hands service for Service Owners investigations in Gov Cloud environments
  • Ensure work complies with company's internal compliance policy
  • Work with and lead team members in staying on top of key industry innovation
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Work on a 24/7 team with rotating day and night shifts
