Responsibilities For Software Engineering LMTS

  • Design and develop cloud native platform services that are globally distributed, performant and scalable
  • Architect, design, code and test globally distributed platform services
  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate technology fit
  • Leverage cloud technologies for elasticity and scale
  • Influence internally and cross teams with architectures and best practices
  • Solve complex problems supporting availability, reliability and performance
  • Participate in scrum team planning and execution
  • Optimize for scale and performance requirements
  • Build supportability in the service from design phase
  • Leverage data-driven design decision using telemetry

Requirements For Software Engineering LMTS

  • 5-7+ years of experience in C, C++, C#, Java or object-oriented programming and .NET Framework fundamentals
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or IT Technical discipline
  • Advanced experience in data engineering for RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Advanced experience in designing globally distributed service
  • Proficient in T-SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, or automation scripting
  • Proficient in REST API concepts, security and authentication principles
  • Experience in building cloud service in public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proficient in SDLC concepts and SCRUM methodology
  • Proficient in Docker Containerization and Kubernetes Orchestration
  • Proficient in frontend such as HTML and Modern JavaScript
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority
