Salesforce, a leading enterprise software company, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (MTS) to join their team in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical backend systems that power one of the world's largest CRM platforms.

The role requires a Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, combining technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, contributing to the development of scalable solutions that serve millions of users worldwide.

As a Software Engineering MTS, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust APIs, developing high-quality production code, and building efficient components for a multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment. The position offers a competitive salary range of $137,259 - $172,800, along with potential equity and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modern technologies including Node.js, SQL, and cloud services (Azure, AWS & GCP), as well as proficiency in object-oriented programming languages. Responsibilities For Software Engineering MTS

  • Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs
  • Update software or enhance existing software capabilities
  • Build new components to provide scale and efficiency
  • Develop high-quality, production-ready code for cloud platform users
  • Design, implement, and tune robust APIs and API framework-related features
  • Contribute to all phases of SDLC including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing
  • Build efficient components/algorithms on a microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment
  • Review code, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to the team
