Solution Architect

Salesforce's Business Technology (BT) team is seeking a Solution Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture team. This key role involves architecting scalable solutions for sophisticated projects in Sales and Revenue Business Domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive understanding of Salesforce's ecosystem including C360 platform, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and other products. The role requires working with cross-functional teams to design systems aligned with business strategy and create multi-year technology roadmaps. The position demands deep business understanding in Sales, Sales Support, Sales Enablement, Sales Compensation, and Revenue business domains. The architect will be responsible for developing architecture artifacts, aligning BT strategy with development roadmaps, providing architecture review, and leading software selection efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical business services that scale the organization and create unprecedented business value.
