Solution Engineer Apprentice

Salesforce is offering an exciting 3-year Solution Engineer Apprenticeship program that combines classroom learning (20% at QA) and hands-on work experience (80% at Salesforce London). This program leads to a BSc Honours in Digital & Technology Solutions. As a Solution Specialist, you'll work closely with the sales team to create customized solutions for customer business challenges. The role involves preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, gathering customer requirements, and providing insights for business transformation.

The first year focuses on building foundational skills, understanding Salesforce products, developing consulting capabilities, and earning industry-standard certifications. You'll receive support from coaches, mentors, and fellow apprentices throughout the program.
