Description For Solution Engineer Lead - Service Cloud

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer Lead for their Service Cloud division in Dublin, Ireland. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on presenting and implementing Service Cloud and Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing technical objections in the sales cycle and developing programs to accelerate Service Cloud business growth in EMEA SMB.

Responsibilities For Solution Engineer Lead - Service Cloud

  • Evangelize Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service value to customers including C-level executives
  • Assess business and operations impacted by technology
  • Deliver findings including key pain points and proposed solutions
  • Configure and demonstrate value-based solutions for customers
  • Discuss and propose solution architecture
  • Collaborate with Core Solution Engineers, Account Executives, and Product Management
  • Execute enablement and pipe generation activities
  • Create, share and maintain reusable assets

Requirements For Solution Engineer Lead - Service Cloud

  • Deep functional understanding of call centre/contact centre operations and processes
  • Knowledge of CRM, relational database, and web technology
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Application configuration experience
  • Understanding of Service Cloud product suite and platform
  • Experience with CRM solutions (RightNOW, Microsoft, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and web technologies
