Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer for their Spiff team to drive the sales process by combining technical knowledge with communication skills. This role is integral to the sales team, working directly with prospective and existing clients to address commission-related challenges through the Spiff platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably in SaaS or FinTech environments.

The position involves partnering with Account Executives to craft tailored solutions, delivering technical presentations, and serving as a product expert throughout the sales cycle. You'll need to develop a deep understanding of Spiff's commission automation solutions while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key technical requirements include proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and CRM systems (particularly Salesforce). The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
