Responsibilities For Spiff Solution Engineer

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proof of concepts
  • Develop deep understanding of Spiff's product offerings and technical aspects of sales commission automation
  • Work with customers to identify commission management needs and provide implementation strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Diagnose technical challenges and develop solutions for product adoption
  • Establish relationships with key collaborators and decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor solutions

Requirements For Spiff Solution Engineer

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
  • Proficiency with APIs, CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred), and data integration tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment
  • Proven analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach
