Responsibilities For Sr. Director, Solution Engineering - Data Cloud
- Build and lead a best-in-class team of deep subject matter experts in Data Cloud
- Team with sales leadership to build territory plans for strategic accounts
- Own technical executive sponsorship with C-Level executives
- Develop programs to scale technical evaluation of Salesforce Data Cloud
- Create alignment with product teams for Data Cloud solutions and roadmap
- Develop scalable technical assets for field enablement
- Own Salesforce point-of-view for data strategy
- Drive operational excellence and accountability metrics
Requirements For Sr. Director, Solution Engineering - Data Cloud
- 10+ years of experience leading Solution Engineering teams in Data, Analytics, AI and CRM
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science (Advanced degree preferred)
- Full-stack technical qualifications in CRM, Data Architecture, AI/ML
- Experience building skilled Solution Engineering teams
- Experience driving success in large, complex selling organizations
- Knowledge of industry-specific use cases and data architectures
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in data architecture, cloud platforms, SQL, ETL
- Experience with Python/R and machine learning
- Salesforce Admin-level certification(s)
