Responsibilities For Sr. ES Product Manager

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products
  • Conduct market research and stakeholder discovery
  • Develop and prioritize product features and improvements
  • Work closely with Business Technology, ES Data Engineering, Legal & Ethics, Research and UX Design teams
  • Define key performance indicators and measure product performance
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle
  • Create detailed user stories and define clear product requirements
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to executives

Requirements For Sr. ES Product Manager

  • 5-7 years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of managing products from conception to launch
  • Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and designers
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Business acumen including building business cases
  • Strong facilitation skills
