Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Product Management to spearhead their Responsible AI & Tech initiatives within the Office of Ethical and Humane Use. Responsibilities For Sr. Manager or Director, Product Management: Responsible AI & Tech
- Drive the integration of responsible AI practices and ethical risk mitigations across products and services
- Partner with teams to evaluate product roadmaps and identify potential unintended consequences
- Enhance product trustworthiness and recommend ways to amplify responsible outcomes
- Cultivate a culture of 'moral muscle memory' by coaching about responsible AI practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI principles are embedded across business
- Serve as a representative of Office of Ethical and Humane Use to internal and external customers
Requirements For Sr. Manager or Director, Product Management: Responsible AI & Tech
- Deep knowledge of responsible AI principles and ethical frameworks
- Experience working with engineers, designers, user researchers, and product managers
- Familiarity with software engineering, product management, and product design
- Strong interest in AI, data ethics, data privacy, and workforce automation
- Ability to tackle complex, large-scale initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Related technical degree required
- 10+ years business experience with CXO or board-level engagement
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS space
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and its products
