Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Analyst, CPQ

  • Design, implement, and manage the configuration of internal CPQ systems
  • Deploy configuration changes during monthly New Product Introduction releases
  • Support CPQ infrastructures including rule configuration and release management
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and updating of published rule configurations
  • Design and build new tools or scripts to improve existing processes
  • Handle system configuration requests from partner teams
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and data manipulation
  • Manage policy, process, roadmaps, and support

Requirements For Sr. Technical Analyst, CPQ

Java
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of System Administration or IT experience
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification
  • Expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Well-developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audience
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal direction
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
