Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their Quoting Rules team within Global Business Operations. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems management. Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Business Analyst

  • Design, implement, and manage CPQ systems configuration
  • Deploy configuration changes during monthly NPI releases
  • Support CPQ infrastructures including rule configuration and environment management
  • Coordinate troubleshooting of rule configurations
  • Design and build new tools to improve existing processes
  • Handle system configuration requests from partner teams
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and data manipulation
  • Manage policy, process, roadmaps, and partner groups

Requirements For Sr. Technical Business Analyst

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of System Administration or IT experience
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification
  • Expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audience
  • Strong workload management and prioritization skills
  • Stakeholder management abilities
