Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to join their team in Seoul, focusing on Tableau solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success. The position demands deep knowledge of business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, and the ability to provide strategic solutions to enterprise customers.

As a Success Architect, you'll be the primary technical advisor for customers, conducting architecture reviews, optimizing environments, and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. You'll work directly with customer leadership, delivering both technical expertise and business value through customized solutions and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate brings a unique combination of technical depth and communication skills, being fluent in both English and Korean. You'll need to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to various stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives. Experience with data analytics, BI tools, and enterprise-level customer engagement is essential.

Responsibilities For Success Architect

  • Serve as first point of contact for technical issues, providing strategic solutions on-site at customer locations
  • Support post-sales activities, resolving complex software issues and ensuring smooth product installation
  • Act as customer advocate during high severity cases
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer experiences
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide optimization recommendations
  • Build and present customized solutions and product demonstrations
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership
  • Deliver customer sessions including Expert Coaching and Ask-an-Expert
  • Participate in technical enablement for customer success and sales teams

Requirements For Success Architect

Python
  • 10+ years experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, networking, cloud infrastructure, enterprise BI
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in both English and Korean
  • Experience with Tableau products or competing platforms
  • Familiarity with Python/R, web development, and AI/statistical analysis
