Description For Success Architect-Sales Cloud

Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, is seeking a Success Architect specializing in Sales Cloud to join their Customer Success team. This role is part of Cloud Success, a specialized team bringing together customer support engineers, proactive monitoring, and technical architects. As a Success Architect, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Salesforce's most strategic customers by providing expert guidance on solution design, system performance optimization, and technical health maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud features, including opportunity management, forecasting, and Einstein Conversation Insights. You'll need strong technical skills in data management, security architecture, and Salesforce development using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. The role requires various Salesforce certifications and experience with enterprise-scale implementations.

You'll work closely with support engineers, customer success managers, and product teams to drive long-term solutions and influence product improvements. The position demands excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design inefficiencies.

  • Implement Success Architect playbooks
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements For Success Architect-Sales Cloud

  • Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and technical governance
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS implementations
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration
  • High proficiency in English
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with APEX programming, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
  • Expertise in role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and security configurations
  • Strong understanding of API integration and middleware solutions
