The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in software architecture, demonstrating expertise in large-scale implementations, enterprise application integration, and Salesforce platform capabilities. You'll need to master Service Cloud features, data management, security architecture, and development tools while maintaining required certifications.

Requirements For Success Architect Service Cloud

Java
  • 8+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and technical governance
  • Experience with large-scale, complex implementations
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in Service Cloud features
  • Proficiency in data management and integration
  • Experience with APEX programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud Consultant
